I bring lived experience, academic grounding, and a clear vision to help expose harmful workplace practices and support systems that are equitable, ethical, and accountable to the people they serve. As a trans Latina woman from a working-class background, I have seen firsthand how institutions in academia, healthcare, and corporate America can exclude or exploit the very people they claim to support.

For years, I believed that if I worked hard and followed the rules, I could create change quietly from within. I have learned that real change comes not from silence or assimilation but from clarity, strategy, and the courage to challenge broken systems.

My mission is to provide employees with the knowledge, resources, and support to navigate workplaces safely and assert their rights. I aim to shine a light on toxic practices, elevate lived experiences, and contribute to building environments where everyone, regardless of identity or background, can thrive.

I am not here to uphold the status quo. I am here to help co-create something better.
